The way my blog (and many other blogs) works is:I use unicode for my content. So there's nothing special I do to make it visible in proper telugu script. Ofcourse you need a tool to get telugu unicode output. And you need a font that is unicode compliant. Windows XP comes with Gautami font which is unicode compliant, which is the very principle this blog is based on. I see no reason why you can't see telugu text if the iLeap software can output telugu unicode text. But I have never worked on iLeap software myself, so I can't comment on why it doesn't work for you.
